Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment, package, or gift voucher. These conditions are designed to ensure a transparent, professional, and respectful experience for all our clients.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

All scheduled appointments are binding and reserved exclusively for each client.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the treatment price will be charged, or the corresponding treatment will be deducted from an existing treatment package.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for the late cancellation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment duration may be shortened accordingly to ensure that subsequent appointments remain on schedule.

The full agreed treatment price will still apply.

In cases of significant delay, it may no longer be possible to carry out the treatment. In such circumstances, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

3. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers for treatments are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless a different validity period is specified on the voucher and such a limitation is legally permitted.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cash refunds of any remaining voucher balance are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Treatment Packages & Multiple-Session Cards

Four-session cards and other treatment packages are generally valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless a different validity period has been agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Appointments are scheduled according to our staff availability and operational capacity. We therefore recommend booking your treatment sessions well in advance.

Any treatments not used within the agreed validity period may generally no longer be redeemed after expiration, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Treatment packages and multiple-session cards are generally issued for individual use and are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.

5. Promotional Offers & Discounts

Promotional prices, discount codes, vouchers, membership benefits, and other special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Promotional offers are valid exclusively during the specified promotional period and are subject to availability.

Promotional prices cannot be applied retroactively to treatments that have already been booked or paid for.

6. Payment

Payment must generally be completed no later than the day of the scheduled treatment.

Treatment packages, multiple-session cards, and gift vouchers must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon.

7. Health Information & Contraindications

Before receiving any treatment, clients are required to provide accurate and truthful information regarding relevant health conditions, illnesses, pregnancies, previous surgeries, medications, and any other potential contraindications.

The Look Lab reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment for health or safety reasons, or to request medical clearance before proceeding.

Our treatments are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

8. Post-Operative Treatments

For post-operative treatments, clients are required to disclose all relevant information regarding their surgical procedure, recovery progress, and any instructions provided by their physician.

If any unusual symptoms or potential complications arise, The Look Lab may refuse or discontinue the treatment and recommend further medical evaluation.

9. Treatment Results

Every individual responds differently to aesthetic and wellness treatments.

Treatment results may therefore vary from person to person.

Specific aesthetic, physical, or health-related outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

10. Therapists & Staff Members

Depending on the booking and availability, appointments may be carried out by different qualified members of The Look Lab team.

In cases of illness, vacation, or other organizational circumstances, we reserve the right to offer an alternative qualified therapist whenever possible or to reschedule the appointment.

11. Changes to Services & Prices

The Look Lab reserves the right to modify treatment prices, procedures, and service offerings for future bookings.

Services that have already been confirmed and paid for will generally remain unaffected by subsequent price adjustments.

12. House Rules & Respectful Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, professional, and welcoming environment for all clients and team members.

The Look Lab reserves the right to discontinue treatments or decline future appointments in cases of inappropriate, disrespectful, or abusive behavior.
